3 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
1 tsp sea salt

16 basil leaves
25g butter

Cooking Utensils
Chopping board

Coating brush

Preparation
- Chop the Tomatoes up into thin even slices
- Finely chop your garlic and chilli
- Finely Slice your cheese

Cooking
- In a shallow bowl add your olive oil, garlic, chilli and salt & pepper and mix well. Add your sliced tomatoes and marinate for 2 hours.
- Brush one side of the bread with some of the olive oil from the tomatoes

  1. I do realise that there is no Dutch cheese in my Broodje Kaas but you can of course put that in if you so wish!
