Guacamole

A very simple and easy way to make Mexican Guacamole

Ingredients                                              

Avocado

Half red onion

Small tomato                                          
Juice of 1 lime                                           

Black Pepper                                              
Spoon of Mayonnaise                                      
Spoon of Salsa/Sweet Chilli sauce 

Preparation

- Finely chop the onions & tomato flesh

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or blender and mix

Place the seed from the Avocado into the Guacamole mixture until serving. This will ensure that it remains fresh
